Return Conditions

• Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact and attached.
• Items with loose, removed, or damaged tags will not be eligible for return or refund.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging as provided.
• Worn, damaged, altered, or used items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
• Made-to-order, customized items, and accessories worn next to the skin (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please email our customer care team with the following details:

• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return

Kindly use “Returns” as the subject line.

Once your request is approved, our team will share the return address and further instructions. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging before shipping.

⚠️ Items must reach us within 7 working days from the delivery date.
Any return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
