Customer-Initiated Cancellations
A 10% deduction fee will apply if the order is canceled by the customer. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
ROCKSTAR JEANS reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
* The product is out of stock
* There is a pricing or listing error
* The payment method is declined
* Fraudulent transactions are detected
* The shipping information provided is invalid or incomplete
* The order violates the company’s terms and conditions
* Technical issues disrupt order processing
If your order is canceled by us for any of the above reasons, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued within 14 days (if applicable).
Post-Shipment Cancellations
Cancellations will no longer be accepted once your order has been shipped. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to keep you updated on the delivery progress of your package.

• To protect print and colors, turn inside out before washing.
• To extend the life of your street clothes, avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
What is Rockstar's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy on all items in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Customer Service or visit our Returns & Exchanges page. Please note that final sale items are non-returnable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or in error.

For orders within Pakistan, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.
